The community here is great and always looking out for each other.  A lot of times they are doing things in the clubhouse and invite others to join. The managers Lynnette and China are amazing with all that they do and they plan different functions during the Holidays.

I wish they had a online option to pay rent since management is hardly ever in the office to accept money orders 😕 After they replaced the office lady who was highly inconsistent in happy to update this to say that I can now pay my rent online and ahead of time if your able to do so it's so much better I can actually go in and get answers about thing quickly

I drove to that location. It looked nice. Some of the residents were outside cleaning their RVs. I went to the "clubhouse" it was clean. Easy access to freeways.

This RV community is great. Most of the people here are friendly and helpful. Some of them are pretty tight-knit. They do have a pool and a dog park but really wish they will have a recreational area for kids. It's a great place for them to play and make friends with others in the community, the manager there she is super friendly and super awesome and easy to deal with. Never met someone so outgoing and eager to help others out when you need it. I'm thankful to found this place and to be living here

The maintenance team, Jeff and Bjorn, are so great! They are really on top of it here keeping the park looking wonderful! And Lynette, the manager, is so sweet, she really knows what she’s doing. We are very lucky as residents to have such an amazing team overall!

I have been living here a little over a year now with my wife and my son. This is an amazing community. All of the neighbors and staff are so friendly. They are quick to respond to needs. There is a really nice pool to enjoy during the summers and lots of kids for my son to play with.

Kudos going out to Lynnette shes amazing. Being the general manager of a long-term RV park requires patience, structure, and strong problem-solving skills — and Lynette consistently delivers. She is incredibly hands-on and steps in to handle challenges directly. Her dedication to keeping Aurora Acres running smoothly does not go unnoticed. I absolutely love living here. The residents are so nice and you can tell the office staff enjoy their job. The first time i spoke to China she acted like we were best friends who knew each other for years. It was a great welcoming experience. Everyone that works for the park is totally awesome!! They are definitely a 5 star crew for sure!! Since they have started there have been fun activities. I can't say enough good things about Lynette, China, Jeff, Kelly & Cheryl. They are all really nice & helpful.

I stopped by to check out the park for a family member.  The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Beautiful spacious clubhouse and laundry room. I have recently moved in and I'm very happy with the park. Management is so friendly and helpful.  I noticed that they are really trying to clean the park up they're always out there working with the leaves and just making it prettier. They even planted flowers outside the clubhouse. We have loved staying here (a year and a few months now). The new manger and team are FABULOUS! Hands down the best we’ve had. It’s starting to really look nice around here, I can’t wait to see how our little community grows and thrives. Also, the parties are so much fun!! Kid friendly, pet friendly. A great place to live.
